Diane is no stranger to perseverance, discipline, and setting and achieving her goals. Diane grew up playing various team sports all her life which ultimately led to a soccer scholarship to play Division I soccer at Eastern Illinois University. Diane Markus Miyares is not afraid of a little hard work.

Upon graduation, Diane pursued a career in Hospitality joining Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and later the Morton’s of Chicago Brand. Diane’s drive lead her to work her way up the ladder through both organizations and was a two time President’s Club Award Winner with over two million dollars in sales in private events for Morton’s The Steakhouse.

Married to a General Contractor, Diane and her husband have tapped into the Real Estate market by acquiring distressed apartment buildings, rehabbing them, and selling them for a profit. This quickly ignited the real estate “bug” in Diane and led her to pursue a career in Real Estate. Diane’s attention to detail and understanding of the renovation process makes her an agent that has vision for all types of properties and potential home projects.

Diane grew up in Palatine and now resides with her husband and three children in Prospect Heights. Before moving to Prospect Heights in 2013, she and her family lived in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago for 12 years; making her knowledgeable of both City and Suburban locations.
