He helped us find properties, including those on the private network; and he helped us vet potential properties to look at so we did not look at anything that did meet our wish list. Chris is also very conscientious. He would park on the curb every time that was possible so we can park in the drive without obstruction. He would try to get to the property before us to ensure the key was in the lockbox or the code worked so we would not waste time getting into the home. After we found our new home, Chris helped us identify a great attorney who helped us through contract review and closing. Through all of our time together, we got to know Chris well and consider him our friend. We even met his wonderful wife and family at a community charity event.
