She always offered her perspective (on price, staging, marketing, COVID safety, and the like) but ensured that we were comfortable with every decision. Her recommendations on pre-sale repairs were spot on saving us many thousands of dollars over what we would have done without her advice. And, she was on top of everything. She would call us to check in on everything we needed to do to make sure it was on track, she followed up with sellers agents after each showing to get feedback and offer suggestions to overcome buyers' concerns, she worked with our HOA to get things buyers wanted to do 'approved' so they would be comfortable making an offer, and she was always available via phone or txt at any time. Once we accepted an offer she was on top of all of the pre-sale details as well checking with the buyer's attorney, our attorney, the buyer's lender, the buyer's agent, the inspector, and I am sure a bunch of other people we did not know about. I cannot remember how many we looked at - it was a lot of properties! Chris had great patience through it all. He helped us find properties, including those on the private network; and he helped us vet potential properties to look at so we did not look at anything that did meet our wish list. Chris is also very conscientious. He would park on the curb every time that was possible so we can park in the drive without obstruction. He would try to get to the property before us to ensure the key was in the lockbox or the code worked so we would not waste time getting into the home. After we found our new home, Chris helped us identify a great attorney who helped us through contract review and closing. Through all of our time together, we got to know Chris well and consider him our friend. We even met his wonderful wife and family at a community charity event. When the weather improves, we will definitely invite Chris and his family to our new home for a cookout. We recommend Chris without reservation!"

It was all for the best though since we finally found the perfect house in October 2021. Erin was super informative throughout the whole process, which was awesome since we're first-time home buyers and had many questions.
