Newport Coffee has been around since 1992 changing the game when it comes to cafes and deliciously crafted beverages. You can see the pride they take as soon as you step into their beautiful shop and taste their signature drinks!

What Was the Inspiration for Newport Coffee?

Newport Coffee: We have always been passionate about coffee and we were looking to achieve a different kind of coffee experience than the regular coffee roasters/shops had in the past. I used to have a cafe in Sweden and missed doing it. We are also big into sustainability and organic and wanted that to be a big part of our brand/shops.

Was There Anything in Particular That Drew You to the Evanston Area?

NC: We have always loved Evanston, the diversity, and the atmosphere.

We’ll Be Offering a 16oz Beverage During @ Loves Local. What Do You Suggest Ordering?

NC: I think our cappuccino is our signature drink.

Anything Else on the Menu That Is a Must-try?

NC: The Swedish knot, cinnamon cardamom bun with pearl sugar on the top.
