@Properties Named a Top Workplace for the 9th Consecutive Year

Cheers to nine years! For the ninth year in a row, @properties has been named a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC. The survey is conducted anonymously and measures the key drivers of engaged company cultures.

“Culture has been a key differentiator for @properties since day one,” said @properties co-CEO Thad Wong. “It goes into everything we do, and it’s only gotten stronger as we’ve grown and navigated different challenges over the years.”

Throughout the pandemic, @properties has identified new ways to connect and engage with agents, employees, and clients. The firm launched a weekly morning show, featuring videos that give agents advice while offering a healthy dose of inspiration, motivation, and community. Meanwhile, the company has developed new tech tools like the Digital Listing Presentation, which helps agents demonstrate their value proposition to potential clients virtually, along with a digital training program that has made @properties’ full curriculum of educational offerings available on-demand.

Wong and @properties co-CEO Mike Golden also emphasize the importance of showing appreciation and maintaining a fun and collaborative work environment. From sending handwritten notes on work anniversaries and giving back to the community, to rewarding agent production and promoting work-life balance, @properties has a variety of programs that support the firm’s mantra of Love Where You Work.
