What Inspired You to Open Marco Roma?

Marco Roma: We believe in the importance of quality, hand-crafted products,s and genuine service for our community. That is the main reason for our existence at Marco Roma!

Was There Anything in Particular That Drew You to the Winnetka Area?

MR: Winnetka is so attractive because of the support the community gives us and the other small businesses in town. Our customers are some of the most generous and supportive I have known in my career.

There Is No Doubt Your Pizza Is a Fan Favorite! We’ll Be Offering Slices of Your Roma Crust Pizza. What Makes This Slice Stand Out?

MR: Our Roma slice is made completely from scratch here in our kitchen. We take pride in the ingredients we source and the slow and deliberate process of making the pizza. I think the results speak for themselves!

Outside of Pizza, What’s Something on the Menu You’d Recommend Trying for Next Time?

MR: Our sandwiches are excellent and we bake most of our bread for them right here in the house. Salads and pasta dishes are also very popular with our customers.
